Does anybody else find it ironic that a would-be-dictator is bragging about killing a dictator of another country? I am talking about President Trump, who tells Americans there should be no separation between church and state, and the theocratic leader of Iran, the late Ayatollah Khomeini. Donald Trump previously claimed to be worthy of the Nobel peace prize, as the war stopper par excellence. Hey, he has obviously moved on from this deeply held moral standpoint. Boredom is Trump’s greatest threat, it seems. Donald Trump is, without doubt, the biggest liar that the American presidency has ever seen. Therefore, his claims are as credible as the boy who cried wolf.
Trump Claims Iranians Just 2 Weeks Away From Making Nuke
According to Trump, the Iranians were just 2 weeks away from developing a nuclear bomb. No evidence is produced to back this up, of course. The US has history about weapons of mass destruction, does anybody remember a place called Iraq? Apparently not the DOD, or is the DOW these days? Thousands of dead US soldiers and their families may have a different take on things in this regard. The fingerprints of one Bejamin Netanyahu are on this conflict. The Israeli PM fresh off the genocide in Gaza is itching for another war, it seems. Some say that the tail is wagging the dog over these missile strikes on Iran and the consequent return strikes by Iran throughout the Middle East. If Donald Trump was a dog I wonder what breed he would be? An Alaskan Malamute? A Pomeranian? Or a Bichon Frise? Something striking and faintly ridiculous anyway.
The Incredible Claims Of An Autocratic President
The media goes on reporting what Trump said or posted on Truth Social, the Pravda of social media. They do this despite knowing that every thing he says is questionable and probably a lie. His claims are as credible as the boy who cried wolf. The emperor’s new clothes plays a big role in this. Being President means all the minions must pay attention to what the supreme leader says. President Trump despises Congress, obviously, because he rarely ever consults with them on anything, no matter what the Constitution says. Taking America to war is one of those important things supposed to be debated by Congress. It is rather ironic that the master of executive actions, Trump, has attacked the authoritarian leader of Iran, his forces killing him, and justifying that as taking out a despot. As America moves to an autocracy it is attempting to dismantle a dictatorial regime of long standing in the Middle East. Iraq, Afghanistan these names ring out in testament to the foolishness of best laid plans when it comes to wars and conflicts.
Would You Believe President Trump If You Were An Iranian Soldier?
President Trump assuring the Iranian military that he will be merciful if they lay down their weapons. His claims are as credible as the boy who cried wolf. Believe the great liar at your peril. America, under the influence of Israel, has entered a war with an adversary that has long been resisting US global hegemony. It will be interesting to see how this eventuates. In Iran there are those who wish for more personal freedoms but there are also many who back the system as it is. The diaspora of exiles may celebrate the killing of the Ayatollah but they are not in Iran. In America there are many who loath Donald Trump and there are those who back him to the hilt. Nations are made up of lots of different folk, despite what the racists wish to see.
“The early criticisms of the US and Israeli actions as illegal were overtaken by shock when it was revealed that they had succeeded in killing the Ayatollah, both because it seemed such a difficult thing to achieve and because so much of the US discussion had been about the nuclear program.
It was a very different attack to the one in June last year.”
Trump The Sales’ Guy
The inconsistent nature of what President Trump says reveals his make-it-up-on-the-run attitude to everything. This is the trait of a salesman, using whatever he can to make a sale. I know because I used to be one. However the cards fall he will spin the narrative to favour him and his pitch. I have said repeatedly that if you cannot trust your leaders you are f*****.
“This is probably why I have no time for Donald Trump at all. Once I worked out that the man is a compulsive liar and has zero respect for the truth, I will not waste my time listening to his crap. I do feel sorry for those Americans who have to endure such a waste of space pretending to be someone worthy of being their leader.”
