We watch war on our TV screens in a far away place called Ukraine. People are dying, women and children, in the carnage of blown up buildings, which once were homes. We observe this strange little man called Putin sitting at enormous white tables virtually alone. We wonder why he sits alone in deserted rooms. Does he fear the company of human beings? Is he allergic to the body odour of his compatriots? We are told that Putin is the President of the Russian Federation. He is responsible for sending in the tanks and soldiers. He gave the order to kill the population of this place called Ukraine.

Watching War in Ukraine By Invading Russian Forces

Coverage of this war rarely leaves the screens of the world media. Daily we watch the unfolding of events. The worsening situation and the growing death toll creeps toward Kyiv, the capital of this place they call Ukraine. The world condemns the invasion of another sovereign country with words and economic sanctions. Meanwhile, missiles rain down on homes and businesses wreaking savage devastation upon the lands of the Ukrainians.  This is war in all its horrible chaos doing bad things to human beings. Push button bombs blow up, burn, and maim innocent people. Children are suffering needlessly in the wake of this bloody aggression.

Does Putin Watch the War on TV Screens in Empty Rooms?

Why does Putin sit alone in vast rooms? Is he afraid of being poisoned by nerve gas or polonium? These favoured nefarious means of killing human beings are Russian to their toxic core. Putin, the rat catcher, sits alone in palatial rooms at very long empty tables. This diminutive leader of the Russian state, perhaps, remembers his childhood on the streets in straightened circumstances. He dreams of large rats with sharp teeth and claws. Where have all the memories gone of friends and foes? Are they ghosts of the dead lining up to haunt his dreams?

We watch war on our TV screens. War in Ukraine is on our phones and devices. Putin’s Russian forces invading and killing men, women, and children on the streets of Ukraine. Where is the justice in this bloody conflict? Where is the respect for life in this unwarranted war? Where will it all end? Threats of nuclear bombs. Children fearing for their lives at the hands of brutal soldiers. Human beings are ultimately disappointing in their appetite for war and violence. Men are tragically to blame yet again for more butchery and murder of innocent women and children. When will the world ever learn?
