You know all those gambling ads; we are subjected to on our screens in Australia? Yes, those sports betting ads that are shown again and again. They are a reminder of how f****** stupid Australians are. This is because their very existence is testament to the incredulousness of us. Aussies are the biggest losers in gambling losses per capita. Billions of dollars are lost every year. The inane stupidity of the humour presented in sports betting ads tells the world how dumb we are. If we find these piss weak skits funny there must be something lacking upstairs in the intelligence stakes. Humour is cunningly inserted into the premise to relax your purse strings. You are being taken for the soft touch you so obviously are.
The Australian Government Is Complicit With Online Gambling
Our gutless, piss weak federal government will not do anything to limit the gambling sector. This is because they are complicit in taking their money. All that money, Aussie online gamblers lose, provides a sizeable chunk to the government coffers via tax. The wealthy and the big corporations will not pay their fair share of tax in Australia. Family trusts and shifting profits to tax havens are the means of tax avoidance for those that can afford it. So, our government gets their revenue from the biggest losers – Australian gamblers with online corporate bookmakers. The government is getting less revenue from taxing cigarettes these days because all the smokers have shifted their custom to black market tobacco.

Why Gambling Ads Attempt To Be Funny?
Are you so stupid that you don’t realise that humour is a psychological tactic in those gambling ads. Humour relaxes people, so that they let down their guard. You know, like blokes being funny in their banter with the ladies is a leg opener. It is the same strategy. Human beings aren’t that smart. Aussie are the biggest losers when it comes to gambling. Therefore, we are the dumbest of the dumb. Well, we let American multinationals extract our resources and let them get way with paying bugger all tax and even royalties when it comes to gas. A wee bit of corruption by our government ministers going on there, I think.
Aussies & Their Losing Habit
I don’t know about you, but I am really sick of seeing all those gambling ads on my screens. I f****** don’t care how much money they spread around. I want to see those dumb ads off my screens. The Albanese government is content to take your money via your losses. Happy to see our mind’s poisoned by constant messages making gambling seem like a fun thing to do. You know, we live in a digital world, where attention is currency and free to air TV is wall to wall sports betting ads. They reckon you are so dumb Australia! Maybe their right.
“Australians are the biggest (or worst) gamblers in the world per capita. And the problem appears to be getting worse: we recorded the largest gambling losses ever in 2024 (A$32 billion). The gambling ecosystem benefits greatly from addicted consumers to sustain and grow its revenue streams.”

Coalition Robocops & Their AI Robodebt Program
“These LNP politicians bragged in the media that they were Robocops going after Australians rorting the system. It was a crusade to raise money and just as importantly to identify villains that working Australians could righteously despise. The overarching message was that folks on social welfare were second class citizens and many of them were criminals to boot. The whole thing blew up in their face eventually but not before some vulnerable Australians killed themselves in despair. A settled class action by those wrongly accused has cost the Australian tax payers $1.8 billion and counting.”
