The Last Refuge Of The Incompetent Is Violence
The last refuge of the incompetent is violence, to paraphrase a line attributed to Isaac Asimov. This truism is particularly apt for Donald J Trump and his regime in the United States. Busy stuffing up the world’s greatest economy, Trump and his cronies are now turning to violence to compensate. Venezuela is their first port of call, amid BS about attacking drug dealers, they are going after this nation’s oil. Venezuela has the world’s largest reserves of thick crude oil. The bully in the White House is picking on a weaker opponent, as bullies always do. You do not see Mister Trump taking on Vladimir Putin and Russia. This is despite the fact that Putin’s Russia is clearly the biggest villain in international terms. No, Trump and his kind pick on the weak, like undocumented immigrants in America.
The Lying & Incompetent Trump Regime
It is the brazenness of the lying by the Trump regime that disturbs me. Donald J Trump lies, as easily and as often as he breathes. To have a leader on the world stage like this must be abhorrent for those cognisant to what is going on. If you cannot trust your leaders, you are f*****! I doubt if there is a more lied to population in the world, than Americans. From the Revolution onwards they have been led by the nose by exploitative elites. The oligarchs and billionaires we see today, are nothing new, in terms of the influence and control exerted by the wealthy and powerful in the United States. It has been a democracy in name only, with their elected officials listening only to the moneyed and propertied over the journey. You would be hard-pressed to name a truly good man at the top, with the exception of Abe Lincoln. And we know what happened to him!
Toxic Trump & America’s Shame
The last refuge of the incompetent is violence. Beaten wives in dysfunctional relationships know this to be true also. Blaming others is a keystone of toxic masculinity. How many times has Trump been married? Donald J Trump is a convicted felon and has been found in civil court to be a sex offender too. He was Jeffrey Epstein’s best buddy for a long time. You do not share intimate history with a longtime sex trafficker and not know a thing or two about their proclivities. There have been allegations about Trump supplying Epstein with girls for his sex trafficking business. This would fit well with how the Trump family initially made its fortune up in the Yukon where Trump’s grandfather ran a brothel. The apple never falls far from the tree.

Trump Beware Your Fate & Akhenaten’s Obliterated Legacy
I would remind Donald Trump of someone called Akhenaten. This Egyptian ruler went around forcing change and his own stamp upon everything. He moved the capital and created his own state based religion. This reminds me of Trump tearing down a White House wing to build his giant ballroom. Forcing unprecedented change upon America at breakneck speed to achieve his egotistical aims. Causing untold pain and upheaval to millions of Americans. Putting tariffs on every imported product and part to piss off the world and make every day Americans pay for them. The final fate of Akhenaten, however, was to have every place and building he touched destroyed and his name defaced everywhere. The administrations that came following his death ensured that nothing would remain of his memory. The capital was moved and his city was obliterated. Perhaps, the shameful nature of this Trump regime will inspire the same.
The last refuge of the incompetent is violence. Violence breeds violence. Once begun, it is very hard to put that genie back in the bottle. I do not predict a lasting legacy for Donald J Trump. Bad things happen to those who piss off the world to the extent that Trump has done. It just remains to be seen how many others he takes down with him.
