Australians Are Not Like Americans
You know, I hear stuff about how we share similar values, but Australians are not like Americans. Take a look at their midterm elections and the disgusting shit they spout via their political campaigns. You will not see that kind of lowlife crap here. The lies and disinformation spread are toxic and they have no regulatory standards. Americans lack standards everywhere you look, which is why a grifter like Trump could succeed in the first place. How individuals are around power and the getting of that power tells you a lot about them. If they have no qualms about lying and slandering their opponent that tells you who they really are.
Australia Infected By American Social Media
Americans have exported their culture around the world through various mediums. The latest being social media, which is an American invention. The lies and disinformation coming through social media platforms are like the digital equivalent of the shit in the sewers. If you are looking for affirmations about your identity via social media I feel sorry for you. AI slop fills the bill these days and you cannot trust what you see anymore online. The conduit is ripe with rubbish. This is the state of America in the 21C. A liar and crook in the White House. A population riven by polarisation and broken political promises.
Inequality & Inequity Is The Real America
Don’t believe the hype! The glitz and glamour is inflated fakery. I have travelled to the United States a number of times and its streets are not paved with gold. In actual fact, most places, these days look a lot alike, wherever you go, especially city-wise. There are plenty of ordinary Americans who are good people. Unfortunately, at the top right now are a conglomeration of awful power seekers with zero integrity. MAGA types would not know to acknowledge the truth if it bit them on the bum. Lick spittler’s so far up Trump’s arse that a flashlight would not light the way back home. If a nation has no standards and no guard rails it is open to exploitation by the likes of Elon Musk and the Epstein billionaire class. Musk’s wealth is equivalent to more than half the population of the United States – that is disgusting. What kind of democracy is that?
Too Many Takers At The Top
Greedy wealthy folk who wont pay their fair share of tax. American corporations don’t pay their fair share of tax, wherever they operate. This is the reason the US has a government debt of $40 trillion. These are not good people. Too many concerned with their own self-aggrandisement leaves the country in bad shape. Too many takers and not enough givers, especially at the top. Donald Trump is symptomatic of a disease overtaking humanity. Our future does not look bright with Trump at the top. Australians are not like Americans. Let’s keep it that way.
